Enhancing Education Through Infrastructure Development Under the South Goa District Mineral Foundation (SGDMF) initiative, four schools in South Goa— GPS Codli, GPS Saton, and GHS Kale underwent extensive repairs and renovations with the support of the Goa State Infrastructure
Development Corporation (GSIDC). Also under the same project These improvements, including the installation of new metal insulation roofs, have significantly upgraded the learning environment, making classrooms safer and more comfortable for students.

The renovation works have directly benefitted more than 300 students since the time of execution, ensuring they have access to better educational facilities in structurally sound and conducive surroundings. By strengthening school infrastructure in mining-affected areas, the DMF continues to play a crucial role in uplifting education standards and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for young minds.
